Inspired by my studies of fruit and Alessi's kitchen range I designed and made a fruit bowl out of aluminium.
Portraits
From creating a range of portraits it has allowed me to experiment and develop my skills. These artworks range in size from 3x5 cm to 120x180cm.
Design Work
This collection of different designs includes development of ideas and final products. The concept ideas shown are from my work experience at Cracknell and are a combination of hand drawn and computerised designs. The design pages shows my thought processes when making a product and how I express the ideas to the client by using scale models and using CAD. The product shown is a flat pack chair made out of laminated wood designed to improve posture.

History of Art
Earlier this year, I created my own history of (mostly Western) art timeline. This task has been immensely beneficial - I have a greater understanding and appreciation of the contextual links between art works as well as architectural designs. Some of these concepts I have filtered into my own work especially from the more modern end of the spectrum.
